Hours of Operation:

Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Ohio Design Centre will close in observance of:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

Additionally, some showrooms may close early the day before major holidays (i.e., at 1:00 p.m. on Good Friday, day before Independence Day, day before Thanksgiving, day before Christmas Eve, etc.). Additionally, select showrooms may close for the entire day in observance of the Martin Luther King, President's Day, or Veteran's Day holidays. Please contact the Ohio Design Centre or the showroom directly for operating hours on these particular days.

Directions

The Ohio Design Centre is located at 23533 Mercantile Road in Beachwood, Ohio.

From North & South:

Take Interstate 271 to the Chagrin Boulevard exit. Turn left. Travel west on Chagrin Boulevard to Commerce Park Road and turn left. Continue going straight when this road splits. It will become Mercantile Road. The Ohio Design Centre is located on the right hand side at 23533 Mercantile Road.

From Southeast:

Travel west on the Ohio Turnpike (I-80) to Exit 187. Take Interstate 480 west to Interstate 271 north. Take I-271 north to the Chagrin Boulevard exit. Turn left. Travel west on Chagrin Boulevard to Commerce Park Road and turn left. Continue going straight when this road splits. It will become Mercantile Road. The Ohio Design Centre is located on the right hand side at 23533 Mercantile Road.

From West:

Access Interstate 480 east to Interstate 271 North. (Do Not Use Express Lane Exit.) Exit I-271 north at the Chagrin Boulevard exit. Turn left. Travel west on Chagrin Boulevard to Commerce Park Road and turn left. Continue going straight when this road splits. It will become Mercantile Road. The Ohio Design Centre is located on the right hand side at 23533 Mercantile Road.

From Southwest:

Travel east on the Ohio Turnpike (I-80) to Exit 180. Take Route 8 north to Interstate 271 north. Take I-271 to the Chagrin Boulevard exit. Turn left. Travel west on Chagrin Boulevard to Commerce Park Road and turn left. Continue going straight when this road splits. It will become Mercantile Rd. The Ohio Design Centre is located on the right side at 23533 Mercantile Road.
